Terms & Conditions, Rides & Cancellation Policy

By booking or using services provided by Sunflower Transportation FL (“Sunflower,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Sunflower Transportation FL provides private transportation services including, but not limited to:

  • Cruise port transportation

  • Airport transportation

  • Executive & corporate transportation

  • Special event transportation

  • Hourly and point-to-point services

All services are provided by reservation only.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment or a required deposit may be due at the time of booking.

  • Prices are based on vehicle type, service type, date, time, location, and availability.

  • Rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

  • Any additional wait time, stops, or changes requested may result in additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy (48-Hour Notice Required)

Standard Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

Same-Day & No-Show Policy

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are 100% non-refundable.

  • A “no-show” includes failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location within the allotted wait time.

4. Airline & Cruise Disruption Disclaimer

Sunflower Transportation FL is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines, cruise lines, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds Due to Flight or Cruise Cancellations

  • Refunds may be considered only if:

    • The cancellation request is made before the scheduled pickup time, and

    • Official proof of cancellation is provided (e.g., airline or cruise line confirmation email, screenshot, or documentation).

  • Proof must clearly show the passenger name, date, and canceled itinerary.

  • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Sunflower Transportation FL.

Delays (Not Cancellations)

  • Delayed flights or cruises do not automatically qualify for a refund.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delays when notified in advance, but additional wait time fees may apply.

5. Changes to Reservations

  • Any changes to pickup time, location, or service type must be requested as soon as possible.

  • Changes within 48 hours of pickup are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Sunflower Transportation FL reserves the right to deny last-minute changes if they impact scheduling or service quality.

6. Wait Time Policy

  • A standard complimentary wait time may be included depending on the service type.

  • Excessive wait time beyond the complimentary period may result in additional charges.

  • Airport pickups may include reasonable wait time for baggage claim unless otherwise stated.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location.

  • Provide accurate booking details.

  • Behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles.

  • Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers.

Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

8. Vehicle Capacity & Luggage

  • Passenger count and luggage must comply with the selected vehicle’s capacity.

  • Excess luggage or undisclosed passenger counts may result in service refusal without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sunflower Transportation FL shall not be liable for:

  • Missed flights, cruises, meetings, or events due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, or third-party actions.

  • Personal items left in the vehicle (though reasonable efforts will be made to assist with recovery).

10. Right to Refuse Service

Sunflower Transportation FL reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for safety, legal, or conduct-related reasons without refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using Sunflower Transportation FL services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Rides & Cancellation Policy.
